They were courteous, neat, helpful and it didn't matter where I purchased my rig. Some places refuse to work on units purchased elsewhere. I would not hesitate to go there for service again.

He is the service writer in the service dept, and he stayed with my RV problems till everything was completely taken care of and even helped me with changing the burnt out fuse in my truck which was causing some of the problem. My husband and I went to an RV Show to browse. My husband's job requires that he travel a bit, sometimes for weeks at a time. This is our first trailer and we had many questions that were initially answered via phone by your sales representative, Dave. He was very patient and made several trips out to the trailer to answer specific questions regarding that unit. After looking at various trailers for the past two years he put our minds at ease and we purchased the Fuzion sight unseen. Ken was exceptional in going through the Fuzion in clear detail. He also thoroughly answered our numerous questions as well as giving us many pointers on the operation of the unit. He did not rush through the orientation and made sure that we understood the operation of the unit. Doug was most helpful assisting us with our many questions about aftermarket accessories. He made useful suggestions on items that would increase the longevity and performance of the RV.
Arlene was very efficient in taking care of the paperwork. We really appreciated all of her great RV tips as well as clearly explaining insurance, warranties and the PermaPlate package.
We were very impressed with the professionalism of all your staff. They were friendly, courteous and worked well as a team and made us feel very comfortable with our first RV purchase.
